On behalf of the John Muir Health Walnut Creek Medical Center Auxiliary, allow me to express our deepest gratitude of you and all the members of A.R.T., Inc. for your generous $200.00 gift to John Muir Health.
 
Your support, of our most recent projects listed below, will help us fulfill our mission to provide Walnut Creek Medical Center with state-of-the-art buildings, equipment, and services to ensure high-quality, compassionate care:
 
$551,000 to the Pharmacy Department for 14 Anesthesia Pyxis Machines
$357,000 for twenty-one Zoom Stretchers
$1,000,000 towards construction of the Cancer Pavilion in Walnut Creek
$90,000 towards renovation and expansion of the Birth Center
$100,000 towards support for the Nurse Navigators in the Cancer Pavilion
 
Additionally, the Auxiliary provides funding for Community Services over $100K for programs such as:
 
College Scholarships for JMH Student Volunteers
Free custom wigs for those in need from the Wig Source
Emergency Department’s Clothing Closet for trauma patients
Toys for Admitting and Pediatric children
Comfort Kits for families of palliative care patients
and the Art Exhibits and Sales.
 
As a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, donations may be tax deductible.

John Muir Gallery, now open:

If you want to go see the John Muir exhibit, You need to park in the John Muir hospital garage (Walnut Creek), and then take elevator #1 upstairs. It lets you out right at the Aspen Center double doors- into the Gallery Hall.
